Two tile panels DIOR Lx 1 and DIOR Lx 2, a Valkyrie Dior Lx, and Bestiary series artworks from Joana Vasconcelos' will be on show at the new Dior shop in Lisbon, in celebration of its official opening. Dior is unveiling an unprecedented boutique in the heart of Lisbon, on Avenida da Liberdade. Inviting you to wander, the space is dappled with works by not only by Joana Vasconcelos, but also by Valéria Nascimento, Bruno Ollé and Pedro Calapez. This collaboration between Joana and Dior follows a recent partnership between the French House of Dior and the artist Joana Vasconcelos, where using 20 fabrics from the Autumn/Winter 2023-2024 collection, the artist has created a monumental site-specific textile structure for the fashion show, entitled Valkyrie Miss Dior. The presentation took place on February 28, 2023, in the Jardin des Tuileries, in Paris.
